Concern & action: Stair/Door/Skirting Adjustment
Installing insulation on top of an existing floor decreases the floor to floor/ceiling height and requires the adjustment of stair risers, doors, skirtings and sometimes power sockets to compensate. This work may need to comply with building regulation requirements.
