Abstract or summary

The second stage of the [Future Fit] project was to monitor households where retrofitting work and/or energy advice had been given to understand the actual impact on residents’ bills. This ran alongside our decision not to support the Green Deal, as we believe that debts being built up by residents for energy improvement work would not necessarily be matched by equivalent savings in their bills.
